We are the Moreno family, a multicultural family from Frederick, Maryland. Our hearts are to follow Jesus wherever He leads -- He is our greatest joy and treasure.
Our home church, Mountain View Community Church, has partnered with Tekiah International Church in Cape Town in the development of the Mountain View Dream Centre for a number of years. Our desire in serving with Tekiah is to support the efforts of the church and Dream Centre in the areas of leadership and ministry development, trauma-informed ministry, and caring for vulnerable populations.

Dream Centre
The Mountain View Dream Centre (MVDC), a ministry of Tekiah International Church in Cape Town, is located near the informal settlement of Egoli. This resilient community faces tremendous generational challenges due to issues arising from poverty, injustice, and brokenness. "Egoli" in Zulu means "City of Gold." The vision of the MVDC is to bring hope, reconciliation, and freedom to children and adults through the gospel of Jesus Christ by providing education, nutrition, sports, counseling, and other community development initiatives.
